50 Cent is asking a Florida judge to intervene in an escalating dispute involving his 14-year-old son, Sire, and Tia Kemp, the mother of rapper Rick Ross’ child.
_____________________________________________
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, 50 Cent alleges that Kemp has repeatedly targeted Sire online with insulting and humiliating comments. The rapper claims she has called the teenager “slow” and alleged that he is on the autism spectrum. The filing also accuses Kemp of posting a photo of Sire alongside a sexually explicit image of a woman whom the documents identify as allegedly being his mother, Daphne Joy.

According to the petition, Kemp allegedly mentioned or targeted Sire in four separate online publications over a six-day period. That reportedly included an October 25 interview in which she again referred to the teenager as “slow” and claimed that he “can’t talk.” 50 Cent says his attorneys previously sent Kemp a cease-and-desist letter demanding that she remove the allegedly offensive posts and stop publishing material about his son. Instead of complying, Kemp allegedly responded by posting part of the legal letter online with the caption, “F u and ya lawyers.”
