Någon mer som vaknade upp till frosttäcke över trädgården?

Her face after the couples massage! 😂😅 backstory ::: Kay and I had a date back in NYC that we called our anniversary date, but on the night of our actual anniversary I decided to take Kay out again to do a massage and dinner! So we got ready and went to the place! When we got to the hotel, it was one of the nicest places we’ve ever been! 😅 and while walking to the spa, we realized that Kay has never had a massage when she wasn’t pregnant! 😂 So she actually got to have a real one! We had the massage and then got ready in the spa to go to a restaurant in the same hotel! We met back up and went to our seat. It was so nice to be out together just me and Kay, and reminis on all of our memories over the last 10 years. 🥹🩷

Austria has always known what it means to build something that lasts. The cathedrals, the squares, the quiet towns in the valleys were not handed to us. Generations raised them stone by stone and passed them on.

Today that inheritance is being tested. Across Europe we have watched shops looted, streets set on fire and historic city centres turned into battlegrounds. What happens in Paris or Milan today can happen in Vienna tomorrow if nothing changes.

For years, those who warned about this were called dangerous. They were not. They were pointing at borders that were not protected and laws that were not enforced.

Remigration means enforcing those laws again: deporting those who are here illegally, ending the automatic extension of temporary stays, and removing anyone who commits crimes on our soil.

Austria should remain a country our grandparents would still recognise.

This one’s tender for me. But I’d like to share in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month 🤍

8 years ago, I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Over time, with a lot of support, honest conversations with my care team, and more evaluation + new information, my diagnosis changed to something different.

I’m sharing this because so much of my healing came from being seen in all my complexity. But I want to be really careful with how this lands, because my story is my story, not a roadmap.

For most people living with bipolar disorder, it’s a lifelong condition. It’s real, it’s valid, and it’s not something you can think, wish, or “heal” your way out of. And that’s not a failure. So many people with bipolar live full, beautiful, thriving lives because they’ve found treatment that works for them. If that’s you, I see you, and I’m so proud of you for every hard day you’ve shown up for yourself.

So please hear this from my whole heart: 🤍 Never stop or change your medication without talking to your provider first. Stopping suddenly can be genuinely dangerous, even when you feel good (sometimes especially when you feel good). If you have questions about your diagnosis or treatment, bring them to someone who knows your full picture.

My journey hasn’t been linear, and I’m still learning.

If you’re struggling right now, you don’t have to carry it alone. In the US, you can call or text 988 anytime. Asking for help isn’t a failure, it isn’t rock bottom, it’s the bravest thing you can do. 🤍

Swipe through for the full story, and if you feel comfortable, share what’s helped you in your mental health journey. 👇
