2020 has truly been a year for the books already and it seems like there’s no pretty end in sight anytime soon. Chadwick’s recent passing hasn’t eased any of those feelings for us, especially for us people of color. If you’re like me and experienced feelings of anger, confusion, and sadness at the news of our fallen hero then know that you aren’t alone. With that said we should collectively celebrate and be fortunate for the life he lived as he’s been able to accomplish so much in his short time here. To be able to simultaneously film multiple movies while battling colon cancer speaks all that it needs to speak for itself. What a true hero he was and the literal embodiment of everything that black panther stood for. Your contribution will help little black boys and girls see themselves in a light more adequate for some of the challenges they may face later on in life.
