Dr. Martin Luther King Jr once said that “The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of convenience and comfort, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy”. Today we honor and celebrate your legacy as you dared to go against the status quo to fight for your rights and the rights of others ✊🏾

2020 was one hell of a year that brought its fair share of challenges. Our society was brought down to the brink with the social unrest we experienced on top of the ongoing pandemic. The daily struggles of life also did not help either! With that being said, the human spirit is resilient this has been evident more than ever before. We are all just grateful to be alive and hope to use the lessons learned to make 2021 a monumental year. If you are reading this just know that if all you did was to make it this far it has been one hell of an accomplishment!

We have received so much great feedback and advice since we started in 2019 and wanted to give you all a space to reach us. The link in our bio is to our Linktree and within it is our 3 MD’s Quicksheet where you all can let us know who you are, ask us questions, inform us about topics we should be aware of, and what you would like to see from us!

We learned a lot in 2020 now 2021 is the year of execution for you and for us! Of course we have more content on the way so stay tuned! Happy New Year from us and we wish you all nothing but prosperity!

2020 has truly been a year for the books already and it seems like there’s no pretty end in sight anytime soon. Chadwick’s recent passing hasn’t eased any of those feelings for us, especially for us people of color. If you’re like me and experienced feelings of anger, confusion, and sadness at the news of our fallen hero then know that you aren’t alone. With that said we should collectively celebrate and be fortunate for the life he lived as he’s been able to accomplish so much in his short time here. To be able to simultaneously film multiple movies while battling colon cancer speaks all that it needs to speak for itself. What a true hero he was and the literal embodiment of everything that black panther stood for. Your contribution will help little black boys and girls see themselves in a light more adequate for some of the challenges they may face later on in life. Your legacy lives on forever @chadwickboseman and may your soul Rest In Peace! 🕊👑 by @threemedicaldocs
