The longer you’re together, the more you have to fight against complacency. Life will pull your attention in every direction, and we know you’re both exhausted. But connection is what we all crave deep down! You don’t just want to run around getting things done, giving your kids a great life, and not experience love and intimacy in your partnership, do you? We’d guess no. So here’s the perspective shift that changed things in our marriage: connection has to fit into real life moments. We stopped waiting to magically have hours of undistracted time together where we weren’t also exhausted, and started focusing on how to mix connection into the moments we were already living. Is it difficult at times to remember this and not get distracted by life? Yes. But isn’t it even more difficult to grow apart and feel like roommates because you deprioritized the relationship? YES. Use this as motivation to make connection a true priority! And if you want a fun and proven way to focus on this, comment SPARK! Nearly 60,000 couples have loved our 30-Day Couples Challenges, but this special edition “Best of Us” Challenge gives you prompts focused on: ❤️ Intimacy Activities: fun and flirty (but realistic) activities designed to spark both emotional and physical intimacy ❤️ Connection Prompts: unique and unifying questions that will lead to laughter, deeper understanding, and creating shared memories ❤️ Appreciation Gestures: cultivate appreciation for one another by reflecting on the little things that get taken for granted Both husbands and wives love these prompts. Just read the testimonials and you’ll see why it’s so popular! Comment or DM the word SPARK for the link! 💫 Reel format IB: @tushapv

🚨 JUST IN: Apple launched HomeView, a $299 smart display that recognizes the people in your home and gives each of them their own personalized experience. The 7-inch screen runs Siri AI and can identify up to six household members by face and voice, so everyone sees their own calendar, reminders, and widgets. Personal content like messages only appears when HomeView recognizes you and your iPhone is nearby and recently unlocked. It also works as a hub for your smart home, letting you control lights, locks, and thermostats, watch up to nine security cameras at once, make FaceTime calls, and play music. HomeView comes in a countertop and a wall-mounted version, with pre-orders open now in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, India, and New Zealand ahead of its November 13 release. Siri AI will launch in English first. Apple is also partnering with LG and Schneider Electric on the Apple Home Collection, a line of cameras, doorbells, locks, and thermostats arriving in December. What are your thoughts on this? 🤔💬
Sometimes, the more advice you seek, the harder it becomes to hear your own voice. You seek opinions from people who seem to have life figured out. But here’s the problem: what worked for someone else might not be right for you. Their priorities, circumstances, and definition of success are different from yours. Yet, you start living by their advice instead of understanding what you truly want. Sometimes, you’re not confused because you lack information. You’re confused because you’ve heard too many opinions and stopped trusting your own judgment. Take advice. Learn from people. Be open to different perspectives. But remember, advice is supposed to help you think, not think for you. The goal isn’t to never need advice. It’s to learn how to listen to others without losing yourself in their opinions. Because at the end of the day, you’ll have to live with your decisions, not the people who made them for you.
