Did you know that in Georgia in 2024, Black women accounted for almost 70% of Stage 3 (AIDS) diagnoses among women? Stage 3 means HIV has progressed to AIDS, which can happen when HIV goes undiagnosed and untreated.* 💜

Okay SIS let’s talk real quick!! PrEP is for women too. Getting tested and knowing your status is part of taking care of YOU, period.

SisterLove has Atlanta women covered with sexual health resources like how to get started on PrEP or if you need breast health resources, food assistance, housing support, and legal services— ALL FOR FREE!

Visit sisterlove.org (http://sisterlove.org/) to see what’s available, and send this to a SIS you love. 💜

one year of a song i wrote when i didn’t feel very much like a person and all i could write over and over was the line it hurts to stand . this song was about all the times in my life i had felt out of my body, when seeking pain and using other people’s hands to hurt me seemed to be the way to feel something , all the times my body worked against me , the feeling of being a ghost inside a machine malfunctioning and creaking in the vocoder

you have made a song that felt very heavy into something very cathartic and when i sing this song on stage i have never felt more in my body and more present in a way that brings me pleasure instead of pain

thanku !
