I didn’t choose natural supplements because they were trendy. I chose them because they worked with my body. As a 54 year old nurse, I want to be clear. I am not against HRT. For many women it is absolutely the right choice and I fully support that decision. But for me personally, I wanted to support my body’s own ability to produce hormones naturally first. Here is what most people do not realize. In perimenopause and even into post menopause, your body still has the ability to produce estrogen, progesterone and testosterone. It just needs the right support to do it. That is exactly what drew me to Ever Balance. Two clinically studied natural ingredients that work with your body’s own signaling system to restore estrogen, progesterone and testosterone to optimal levels for this stage of life. No synthetic hormones. No prescription. Hot flashes gone. Night sweats gone. Sleeping through the night. Mood stable. Libido back. Feeling like myself again at 54. That is what natural hormone support actually looks like. 💜 Comment BALANCE and I will send you the information. Follow @menopause.nurse so I can send it directly. If you do not see it right away check your message requests folder. #bloomcreator @bloomsupps

For me, it wasn’t about eating less. I’d already tried that. What finally made a difference was paying attention to my blood sugar. As estrogen changes during menopause, insulin sensitivity can change too. That means even when you’re eating healthy, your body may not be managing blood sugar the way it used to. I started building my meals differently. More protein, healthy fats, fiber, and foods that helped keep my blood sugar steadier. And that’s when I started noticing a difference. My energy improved. I was sleeping better. And finally, the scale started moving. I lost 26 pounds and have kept it off. It’s a big part of what I teach inside my 5 Day Midlife Reset because I know how frustrating it is to feel like you’re doing everything right and still not seeing results. For 5 days, I give you a simple plan so you know what to eat, how much to eat, when to eat, and how to put your meals together. Women who’ve completed the Reset have reported less bloating, fewer cravings, better energy, and typically 2 to 10 pounds off the scale in those 5 days. Results vary. If what used to work isn’t working anymore, this is where I’d start. 💙 Comment RESET and I’ll send you the information on the plan. Follow @menopause.nurse so I can send it directly. Check your message requests if you don’t see it.
