May this time of balance bring you a peaceful refuge to harvest the earth's bounty & wisdom of experience. The great wheel turns us away from the height of the sun as the long hot southwest summer simmers on. Seasons are experienced differently everywhere, and I enjoy all the holiday posts from around the world. Here it is a time of taking stock of what has survived the searing heatwave, and planning where to invest energy for new growth. My harvest this year is more one of integration, and gratitude for what remains after so much loss. The fires here this sumer and those still waging through the West have taken their toll, and we long for soaking rains to gentle the next cycle. From solitude I have drawn insights & a curious new strength, though glad to be practicing yoga in classes again and finding ways to reconnect with friends and loved ones. May you be blessed with all that you need to thrive in the next turnings of the wheel, and find joy in each day unfolding. ๐ค๐ฟโค๏ธโจ
