What I wore last night 🍷 toning down the leopard print with denim & a vintage tshirt, then dressing it back up again with a little heel & this insane bag!! I can’t believe how comfortable the shoes are! I’m so looking forward to wearing this jacket with anything & everything this season. I’ve linked the jacket, bag & heels on my LTK, along with some alternatives to the jeans & t-shirt xxx

😮‍💨

34 DAYS until I step onto a bikini fitness competition stage 🍑🙈 and I still have around 18kg I’d ultimately like to lose.

I started this 165 days out, 30kg overweight.

I’m a mum of two. And for YEARS I’ve said:

“I’m going to lose the weight.”

These shorts? I used to wear them travelling with just a little bikini top.

AND I STILL DIDN’T THINK I LOOKED GOOD ENOUGH.

What an idiot 😂😭

Fast forward to motherhood and when I started this challenge, I couldn’t even get the bloody things over my bum.

And now?

WE’RE GETTING SOMEWHERE 👀🍑 can’t breath in them yet but im in.

I’ve lost weight before. I’ve done the diets.
Forced myself to do cardio.
Lost the weight.
Put it back on.

So this time I wanted to do something different.

Instead of just changing my body, I wanted to change how I actually LIVE.

The walking.
The protein.
The whole foods.
The strength training.

And keep doing it until it becomes normal.

Because something rather ridiculous happened today.

I WAS HAVING FUN IN THE GYM 😂

The music was banging.

I was feeling my little biceps.

Actually ENJOYING my workout.

WHO EVEN AM I?!

The woman who used to sit on the sofa eating crap and dreading exercise is now having a little party between sets 😂💪🏻

And THAT is the kind of progress I’m most excited about.

Don’t get me wrong.

I’ve still got a LOT of fat I’d like to lose.

And in 34 days I have to get on a stage IN A BIKINI.

Absolutely terrifying 😭

But I’m starting to become someone who actually enjoys doing the things that will get me there.

And hopefully keep me there.

34 days left.

Am I going to be bikini stage ready?

I genuinely don’t bloody know.

But we’re going to find out 😂🍑
