Hello 26! 💋✨ A little older, a lot bolder, and ready for everything this chapter has to offer! ❤️‍🔥

My heart is so full! Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to wish me, send me beautiful messages, and shower me with so much love. I’ve read so many of your messages, and although I couldn’t reply to each and every one of you, please know that I truly appreciate every single wish. 🥹❤️

My entire day was nothing short of beautiful, and I feel incredibly blessed to have so many kind people around me who constantly support, encourage, and root for me. Your love means more than words can express!

Stepping into 26 with a grateful heart, bigger dreams, more strength, more confidence, and so much excitement for what’s ahead. Here’s to MORE WORK, MORE PROJECTS, MORE OPPORTUNITIES, MORE GROWTH, and MORE SUCCESS! 🥂✨

Thank you for being a part of my journey. The best is yet to come! ❤️‍🔥👑

His aristocratic looks, cultivated manner and silken speaking voice served Vincent Price well through a series of careers as leading man, character actor and, in his best-remembered persona, horror film star.

We take a look at his life and career with the TCM premiere of the documentary, Vincent Price: What Keeps Us Alive followed by an evening of his films.

9 out of 10 adults have antibodies to a virus most doctors never talk about...

According to the CDC, 9 out of every 10 adults have antibodies showing a past or current Epstein-Barr infection.

In my telehealth clinic, I see EBV as the driving force behind a lot of my patients’ chronic health problems, and researchers keep finding links between it and many of the chronic conditions we’re dealing with today.

One study published in Science found that the risk of developing multiple sclerosis increased 32-fold after EBV infection. What’s even more shocking is that the risk wasn’t higher after other viruses…

The problem with EBV is that it stays in your body for life. It hides in your B cells, and it can reactivate when your immune system is stressed. Chronic stress, another infection, hormone shifts, poor sleep, gut issues, and toxins can all wake it up. It has also been linked to lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic fatigue, and Hashimoto’s.

Here’s where I start...

Natural antivirals like curcumin, EGCG, resveratrol, and andrographolide. Vitamins C and D. Stress management, because cortisol is a major trigger. And healing your gut, since it’s where most of your immune system lives.

If you think EBV could be part of your story, the next step is finding out. Our team can run viral labs and look at your gut, hormones, and toxin load, then build a plan around you.

Comment EBV and I’ll send you my article for the full breakdown, plus the link to functional bloodwork and supplements to support your body.
