Comment “READY” and I’ll send you 25% OFF my current MLAM Full Body, Core, and Pelvic Floor Challenge!! LAST CHANCE to join for prizes & price goes UP at the end of TODAY!👏🔥 I have seen SO many women come into my programming wanting to “strengthen their pelvic floor”…yet they don’t even realize they’re dealing with a TENSE and TIGHT pelvic floor to begin with!! I never blanket statement anything in this work…but I will say probably 99.9% of the women I work with have some type of tension-related issue. Whether it’s in the posterior chain, the pelvic floor itself, the abdominals…or all the above SOMEWHERE we’re holding onto tension! And what are so many women being told to do??? CONTRACT. CONTRACT. CONTRACT. 🙄 For the one, off, on, off corner of the internet….telling women to hold for 30-40 sec straight?! GOOD GRIEF. PLEASE STOP. This advice is doing women such a disservice!! Can Kegels have a place? Sure. But not every woman needs MORE contraction. Some women need to learn how to LENGTHEN, RELAX, coordinate their breath, manage pressure, and THEN strengthen effectively! Our pelvic floor needs to be DYNAMIC👏 It needs to lengthen AND contract. And we need to stop treating it like an isolated muscle that just needs to be squeezed all day❌❌ There is SO MUCH MORE to pelvic floor health than Kegels!! And this is EXACTLY how I approach my training. Strength work, pelvic floor release, deep core connection, breathing mechanics, pressure management…ALL OF IT! Women deserve better education and programming that actually considers the body as a WHOLE!🤍 Comment “READY” and I’ll send you 25% OFF my current challenge!! Last chance to enter for BIG PRIZES and price increases at the end of TODAY! Join & submit your photos by 11:59pm ET to be eligible to win part of $101,000+ in cash prizes!!! I would be SO honored to have you join us!! Let’s gooooo👏👏🤍 Purchase required. 18+. Void in Maryland, Canada, and where prohibited. Had to open up the archives (aka desktop facebook) to find the first photo. Baby Laura - first day working for MTV at VMAs in LA in 2008!! I interviewed @pussycatdolls and @coldplay that day and my life changed forever. How incredible to see the girls do their thing to a sold out @theo2london all these years later and just as talented and gorgeous as ever! What a gig! Congrats. More of this please ❤️ ( also myself and @jodiekiddoffical practicing our splits in case you need us to join the band!)
No dejo de sentir... 🥀🖤 Sometimes I hate that I care too much... Because these days, that feels dangerous. Feeling too much in a world that's trying so hard not to feel. Where people keep holding back more and more, act with so much indifference and coldness, pretend that nothing matters to them anymore... even when it does. And God, I can't do that. I don't know how. If something feels real to me, I don't know how to pretend it isn't. I still believe in love at first sight, in butterflies in my stomach, in finding my soulmate, in those romantic words that make my heart race because to me, they really do mean something. Even though the other person might have just been there, not feeling the same way. But the worst part is that even then... I don't learn. I keep showing up with an open heart in a place where everyone has already learned to close theirs. #reflexiones #emociones #amores #sentir #corazon
