Says theres an app on the website. Have any demos of the actual user experience? i do a lot of IoT dev as a contractor & soooo many of my clients are constantly releasing products that aren't stable & customers always end up let down by the subscription based content model. can't help but be skeptical of this product w/o more info!

Led a multi-agency team at the site of the collapsed storey building in Eastleigh, where search and rescue operations are ongoing. Nairobi City County is working with the National Disaster Operations Centre, the Kenya Red Cross, the Kenya Defence Forces and other agencies to reach anyone trapped beneath the rubble. Heavy machinery is on site, and our health teams remain on standby. Anyone with information about missing persons is urged to contact the teams at the scene or call 1508 or 1199. My thoughts are with the affected families, especially those anxiously waiting for news of their loved ones. I assure them that the government will stand with them, provide the necessary support and keep them informed as rescue operations continue. I reiterate my call for the restoration of prosecutorial powers to county governments and tougher penalties for developers who disregard approved building plans and safety standards. Developers must not dismiss qualified professionals and proceed with unauthorised works. I have formally written to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions seeking the restoration of these powers to enable counties to take decisive action against those who put lives at risk. I urge professional bodies to work with county governments to investigate cases where professionals are withdrawn from approved construction sites and take appropriate disciplinary action where wrongdoing is established. Developers must comply with approved plans and obtain the required occupation certificates before buildings are occupied. Our priority is to save lives, support affected families and hold accountable those who compromise construction safety.
