Repaired this springer front end this week. The crown and the bottom triple tree developed a ton a play. I turned down a sleeve to press onto the crown so I could re-machine the parts to have a .005” press fit. Get this guy back on the road. #springerfrontend #harley #chopper #machinist #manualmachining

Oh yeah big shout out to @rideonjon for bring the work in and have the dial gauges to really really really fucking land the tolerance I was looking for!
