Worked out whatever I saw a fit girl do on Instagram⮕Learned about how workout affects the body and implemented it in my training
My goal was to look like someone I followed on social media that secretly used steroids, photoshop and had a lot of surgery; a physique I impossibly could reach⮕My goal is to be a better self
Yes, genetics matters! But that’s not an excuse. We all can work on ourselves and achieve incredible things with our bodies. I’m so proud of myself. As with most “before-after” pictures, personally I don’t just see muscles getting bigger but also how I lived my life then vs now. I will always struggle with that I think I don’t deserve good things for myself. But for today I am proud of my progress and achievements. Mostly I’m excited for the future but looking back to see how far you’ve come is cool too. I believe that anyone can reach their realistic goals if they just know how to get there and puts the work in. Set up a long term goal. Cut it down to smaller goals- things you can achieve weekly- daily. Some days are low of course, we’re all humans, it’s a part of it☺️ Just remember why you started.
