Intimacy is both emotional and physical. And emotional intimacy is what we see starts to decline and get deprioritized for many couples. And we get it, we’re busy parents. We all know life gets really full and can pull your attention in many directions. But remember this: your marriage, and specifically your connection, is the foundation for your entire family. And for that reason.. After over 50,000 couples loved our 30-Day Challenges, we created a special edition designed to reignite the spark between you, and bring more playfulness and connection into your relationship! >> comment SPARK for 30 days of: ❤️ Intimacy Activities: fun & flirty (but realistic) activities designed to spark both emotional and physical intimacy ❤️ Connection Prompts: unique and unifying questions that will lead to laughter, deeper understanding, and creating shared memories ❤️ Appreciation Gestures: cultivate appreciation for one another by reflecting on the little things that get taken for granted. It’s only open 3 times per year, so make sure you comment SPARK and get signed up while you can :) It starts TODAY 🎉

Every dive counts. 🤿 Irene Peshi and Matilda Marzetti took on the women’s synchronized 10-meter platform at the European Championships in Paris, sitting well behind the leaders. They opened with an inward two and a half somersault for 52.08, then a forward three and a half somersault for 54.90, though the entries weren’t as clean as they’d have liked. Not the result they wanted, but staying committed when the standings are against you takes real grit. 💪 #FemAura #WomensSports #Diving #SynchronizedDiving #PlatformDiving #EuropeanChampionships #IreneP #MatildaMarzetti #Paris
