OOTD 💗💚 Pink and green really do go with everything!

Little recovery update: I’m still dealing with back pain, muscle spasms, and stiffness following my recent injury. But something unexpected? My TA3 suit has been giving me a little extra support, and I’ve noticed I’m standing a little straighter and walking less crooked when I wear it for a couple of hours.

I still have to listen to my body, take breaks, do PT, and use heat and ice as needed. I’m a firm believer in cryotherapy!

I’m taking things day by day and figuring out what helps. 🩷 I’m also SO happy to be driving my car again as of yesterday!
