𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗘 𝗙𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗬 🥹❤️ Just look at what it meant for Marc Cucurella to celebrate the World Cup win with his whole family. Because this is not a normal situation for him... His son Mateo is autistic. He can't talk, and he always struggles with a lot of stimuli. That is why he is usually not in the stadium during games. Cucurella's partner, Claudia Rodríguez, and their two other children, Rio and Bella, are usually at the games. But at this World Cup too, Mateo missed every game. Simply because a stadium environment is far too overwhelming for him. 🏟️ But Cucurella promised Mateo that if Spain reached the final, he would take him to the stadium. And Spain reached the final. So Mateo was there, watching the game from a special place as he saw his father become a World Champion... 🏆 And just look at what that meant to Cucurella after the game, finally being able to celebrate all together 🥹 What a fantastic day that must have been for him. It was about much more than just the World Cup trophy. A fantastic player, but an even better father 👏
Prenatal depression came back this pregnancy. Only this time, it came back even heavier. There were many days during my first trimester where my mind went to some really dark places. It scared me. And if you’ve ever experienced depression, you know how isolating it can feel. Add moving to a new state, being pregnant, and trying to show up for your kids, and some days felt impossible. But something beautiful happened in the middle of all of it. People showed up. Friends, family, strangers… people who had no idea how much they were carrying me just by being there. They reminded me that even when I couldn’t see the light, I wasn’t walking through the darkness alone. I’m trying to count my blessings, even on the days it’s hard. I don’t believe depression is beautiful. It’s painful, confusing, and exhausting. But I do believe God can bring beauty from it. It has made me ask deeper questions. It has made me slow down. It has reminded me what really matters. It has taught me that strength sometimes looks like asking for help instead of pretending you’re okay. I don’t have all the answers yet. But I do know this: I’m here to love deeply. To raise my babies. To tell the truth about the hard parts. And if sharing my story helps even one person feel less alone, then every vulnerable conversation has been worth it. If you’re quietly fighting a battle no one else can see, I’m so glad you’re still here. 🤍
