I’m 57. And no, I don’t want to look 27. But I DO want to feel 27! 🔥 Here are 4 things I focus on to stay strong, healthy and full of life: 1️⃣ ENERGY ⚡️ Stop relying on caffeine to get through the day! Prioritize 7–9 hours of sleep, get natural sunlight in the morning and move your body every single day. Even a 20-minute walk can make a difference! 2️⃣ SEX DRIVE 🔥 Your libido doesn’t have to disappear after menopause! Strength training, quality sleep, stress management and open communication with your partner can all help. And don’t ignore hormonal changes. Talk to your doctor if something feels off! 3️⃣ STAMINA 🏃‍♀️ Want to stop feeling exhausted after climbing the stairs? Build your endurance! Aim for 150 minutes of moderate cardio per week. Walking, cycling, swimming or dancing all count. Start small and increase gradually! 4️⃣ STRENGTH 💪🏼 Muscle is your longevity superpower! Lift weights 2–3 times a week, eat enough protein and challenge yourself to get stronger. Building muscle after 50 is absolutely possible! Aging is inevitable. Feeling old isn’t always. I’m not trying to turn back the clock. I’m investing in a body that allows me to live life to the fullest. Which one are you working on right now: ENERGY, SEX DRIVE, STAMINA or STRENGTH? 👇🏼 #HealthyAging #Longevity #FitOver50 #Menopause #StrongWomen
2027: Anyone Seeking To Lead Nigeria Should Be Prepared To Explain What Their Promises Will Cost And Whether They Can Sustain Them— President Tinubu Tells Aspirants President Bola Tinubu has challenged those seeking to lead Nigeria to explain the cost of their campaign promises, how they intend to fulfil them and whether they can sustain them financially. Tinubu said government commitments must be backed by credible plans and sustainable funding to prevent Nigerians and future generations from bearing the financial burden of promises that cannot be fulfilled. The President stated this in a post on his X platform on Sunday, stressing that leaders must balance providing immediate relief to citizens with protecting the future of the country’s children. “As President, I have a duty to provide relief today without compromising our children’s future. “Every commitment must be sustainable and backed by a credible plan. That responsibility guides our decisions, including the difficult ones,” he said. Tinubu urged anyone seeking to lead the country to be prepared to explain the financial implications of their promises and how they intend to deliver on them. “Anyone seeking to lead Nigeria should be prepared to explain what their promises will cost, how they will deliver them, and whether they can sustain them. “Promises are easy to make when the costs can be postponed, leaving Nigerians and future generations to pay the bill,” he added. He further stressed the need to expand access to affordable transportation across the country, saying the Federal Government would collaborate with state governments to make it accessible to more communities. “Our responsibility is to keep expanding access until affordable transportation becomes a reality for more communities across our country. “That is the work we will continue in collaboration with the States,” he added.
