FISH STICK STREET TACOS 🌮🔥 Took these freezer aisle fish sticks on a first class flight to Baja😂 No fresh fish? No problem. Short on time? Say less. Ballin’ on a budget? BABY, WE STILL EATING GOOD! No joke this one smacked something fierce and hits all the notes! Try it before you hate and deny it! Recipe below:
. 🌶️ HOT HONEY CHIPOTLE CREMA * ⅓ cup @kewpieusa * 2 tbsp @melindasfoods chipotle hot sauce * 1 tbsp pickled jalapeño juice * 2 tbsp @tryfirenectar * Salt & pepper to taste Mix until smooth and adjust to your liking! 🥬 HOT HONEY CRUNCHY SLAW * 2 cups bagged coleslaw mix * ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro * 2 tbsp mayo * 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice * 1 tbsp hot honey * Salt & black pepper to taste Toss everything together until coated. Taste and adjust! 🔥 FISH STICK PRO TIP Air fryer all day, baby! Cook those fish sticks at 400°F until SUPER crispy, following the package’s cooking guidance. As soon as they come out, hit ‘em with a little Tajín while they’re hot. That extra chili-lime punch takes ‘em up a notch! 🌮 ASSEMBLE Warm tortillas, cream, crispy Tajín-seasoned fish sticks, crunchy slaw, more crema, pickled jalapeños, fresh cilantro, and cotija cheese. Finish with a squeeze of lemon! . Save this one for the next time you need that freezer to come through in the clutch! 🔥 And what should I make smack next?!?!?

Say you’re a guy who reads WIRED—you know a thing or two about artificial intelligence. You recognize the names of well-known people developing AI, like OpenAI CEO Sam Altman. But do you know who Mira Murati is? What about Susan Milner? Craig Dalton? In a new survey of more than 5,400 Americans, 73 percent of male respondents told Harvard researchers they knew who Altman was. A little over half—53 percent—said they knew of Murati, Milner, and Dalton. There’s one problem. Murati is a real person: she’s the former CTO of OpenAI and the current CEO of Thinking Machine Labs. Milner and Dalton, on the other hand, do not exist. Compared to women, “we're seeing that men are more optimistic and more confident” across the board when it comes to AI, Harvard Kennedy School’s Shorenstein Center executive director Laura Manley tells WIRED. Sometimes, that veers into overconfidence—like claiming to recognize fictional AI executives. (For context, 40 percent of women claimed to know who Milner and Dalton were; 38 percent said they recognized Murati.) While Manley notes that men are more overconfident in general when surveyed, the report, published on Wednesday, digs into what the confidence gap on AI looks like, as well as the repercussions of gendered divides. Senators in Brasília passed a constitutional amendment late on Wednesday that will reduce maximum weekly employment hours from 44 to 40, with no cuts to wages. Eligible workers will now be guaranteed two days of paid rest a week. The legislative approval is a win for President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva as he heads into a second-round ballot against rightwing senator Flávio Bolsonaro on October 25. But business groups have warned of knock-on effects for the wider economy. Tap the link in our bio to read more. Photo credit: Pilar Olivares/Reuters Image description: Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva shakes hands with supporters as he rides in a vehicle during a campaign rally in Rio de Janeiro.
