I can’t even describe the pain that I’m feeling right now... my #1 supporter throughout anything I did in life. I just want to say that i miss you so much and this pain will never be erased in my head. روز دویست و بیست و هشت

غم، قاب تصویری مشخصی نداره.
آدما وقتی غمگین و ناراحتن تصویرای مختلفی ممکنه از خودشون نشون بدن.
یکی بیش از حد حرف میزنه، یکی میگه میخنده، یکی گریه می‌کنه، یکی می‌رقصه، یکی میره تخت رو بغل می‌کنه، یکی کار زیاد می‌کنه، یکی خونه تمیز می‌کنه، یکی موزیک گوش میده..
به اندازه رفتار‌های انسانی رفتار مختلف داریم در زمان اندوه.
من خودم هنوز خیلی نمیدونم قابم چه شکلیه.شاید بسته به میزان و مدل و دلیلش، رفتارای مختلفی داشته باشم.شایدم هنوز خیلی درست فرق غم و خشم و اضطراب رو نمیدونم.
یه مدلی دارم که آدما بیشتر تشخیصش میدن و براشون مشهوده و راجع بهش باهام حرف زدن اونم سکوته.
عموما ساکت میشم چون واقعا نمی‌تونم حرف بزنم.اصلا در اکثر مواقع آدم درد دل کردن نیستم و همین آدمارو کلافه می‌کنه.برای همینم ترجیح میدم به جای رو اعصاب بقیه رفتن کسی رو نبینم و بمونم خونه که چون تو خونه موندن تو این شرایط برام سخته ممکنه با ماشین برم بیرون دور بزنم یا بیام تو یه کافه شلوغ بشینم و یه قهوه بگیرم.شلوغیش افکارم رو پراکنده کنه و منم مسخ اینور اونور رو نگاه کنم و قهوه بخورم.
چند روزه بعد از ظهرا میرم تو حیاط مجتمع و ولو میشم تو چمانا و چند دقیقه‌ای چشمام‌رو میبندم.بوی چمن و خاک خیس‌خورده‌رو به اندازه بوی پوست نارنگی سبز دوست دارم.دیگه زیر اندازم نمیبرم و به لباسامم فکر نمی‌کنم.
این قاب می‌تونه بهت یه تصویر رمانتیک، شاد، غمگین، رویای، معمولی بده و برای همینم میگم که غم، قاب تصویری مشخصی نداره.تو میتونی از هر تصویری یه قصه برای خودت بسازی و برای همینم اینستاگرام آلبوم تصویرای قشنگه.چون تو ترجیحت به اینه که قصه‌ای که میسازی قشنگ باشه.
