He was born 1/29/2021 weighing 7.7 lbs and 20.5 inches long and is absolutely perfect.

We spent 41 weeks heart to heart but you broke mine wide open when I finally saw your face. I spent years dreaming of you and wishing for you. You are so wanted and loved. Pregnancy wasn’t easy for me but I would do it 100x over without a single complaint to get to hold you longer, or watch you take your first breath. Bringing you earth side was beautiful but devastating knowing that you would no longer be right with me all the time- and even harder knowing there would be no baby cries as you came into the world.

I’m so grateful to be your mom Junior.
And I cherish the few daily reminders I have of that.. the pain from labor, the milk that was supposed to feed you, and the loose stretch marked skin that grew you. I’ll never understand why you didn’t get to stay with us but I will love you forever and keep you in my heart. 🖤
