What does it mean to grow up in the spotlight and still find the freedom to be yourself? For Brazilian actress Giovanna Grigio, the answer lies in embracing change, challenging expectations, and using art as a powerful form of self-expression. From her early days in ‘Chiquititas’ and Netflix’s ‘Rebelde’ to her recent return to the big screen as the protagonist of ‘Trago Seu Amor’, Grigio continues to explore new dimensions of her craft, with two more leading roles on the horizon: ‘Os 12 Signos de Valentina’ and ‘Encontrada’, the Disney sequel to ‘Perdida’.

In our latest cover story for Xmag UK, Grigio opens up about navigating fame from a young age, finding her identity through fashion, stepping beyond her comfort zone as an actress, and why she believes art has the power to shape a better future.

💬 Comment ROADMAP below and I’ll send you my free exercise guide after 50.

Poor posture and rounded shoulders after 50? Try these 4 simple exercises. 🧍

As we get older, it’s common to develop a more rounded posture, especially if we spend a lot of time sitting or looking down at screens.

But good posture isn’t just about remembering to stand up straight.

It’s also about maintaining the strength and mobility needed to support an upright position.

Here are 4 exercises to try:

1. Wall Chin Tuck
2. Wall Angel
3. Wall Shoulder Blade Squeeze
4. Wall Chest Stretch

Practising these movements regularly can help reduce stiffness, improve mobility and make standing tall feel more natural.
