Comment “BODY” and find out your mobility score 👇

You sit all day, and your body quietly stops moving like it was designed to.You don’t notice until the day you can’t get off the floor without pushing up with your hands.

This stiffness is what years of sitting does to your body.

Here are the 3 tests that show you where you actually stand:

🔴 Deep squat: shows whether your ankles and hips still have the range to sit at the bottom

🔴 Forward fold: shows how much your hamstrings and lower back have locked up

🔴 Dead hang: shows the grip and shoulder strength that quietly fades with age

Save this and test yourself today.
And if you want to find out exactly where your body needs the most work 👇

And STILL 👑 your AAA World Cruiserweight Champion!

I am profoundly saddened to hear the news about Juan. This is an immeasurable loss for the entire techno community.
Juan’s music inspired and shaped my profound love for Detroit Techno. Today, we’ve lost one of the founding fathers of our music.
All my thoughts are with Juan’s friends and family in Detroit and beyond.
