Someone once told me 'the anointing' is acquired not by squeaky clean surroundings but by finding the presence of God in ALL of life...easy and tough moments.. In the busyness of life ... Raising children ....embarrassing and hidden addictions...unpredictable craziness.... Crying babies...unbrushed teeth....unfulfilled dreams....Messy homes....If u are trying to wait for the 'perfect clean and quiet moment' to reach out for God....don't!!...He is with us 'in the midst of' Life. We are set free and made stronger ....more effective and anointed to reach the world around us when we live for Jesus and openly struggle to reach out for his covenant promises of peace, victory, wisdom, healing, etc. .......Lord, please help us to stop trying to push away the 'Life' around us....but, instead...reach out for Jesus 'in the midst of’.
In our weakness, He is strong!
