I did a thing today I’d never imagine doing. I stripped down and bared my flaws. I took off the facade of perfection and allowed myself to feel vulnerable.

This is me. No retouch. Just raw. Trying to embrace myself as I am. A little gold foil doesn’t hurt 😍

Proud to be part of a project to share the journey and hopefully allow another woman to feel brave.

The irony of it all is I’ve been so sad lately. Tears often exceed laughter. Stress has dominated my days. Self doubt and emotion has bubbled to the surface more than I’d care to admit.

But today was a step forward in my healing.
