// NEED YOUR HELP // So...we’re kicking off 2021 @themindrise with our newest podcast #themindrisepodcast 🥳

🙏 Here’s the thing—we need your help!! 🙏
.

.
📣 Would you like to help us spread the word?
.
🗓 We're launching the week of January 25th and would love to have your help as part of our affiliate launch team.
.
❤️It's pretty simple to be part of the team-- we'll send you the podcast link and just need you to share it during launch week.
.
If this is a YES, just put a ❤️ in the comments and we will send you a sneak preview and the link!! by @baileyfrumen

In 2013 I quit all of my jobS, 2014 I launched my company (while moving back and forth across the country & getting pregnant), 2015 had a baby and doubled my business that year, 2016 wrote my first book, 2017 hosted my first international retreat and launched our Life + Leadership Coach Training program, 2018 launched our first podcast, 2019 shifted the entire company branding to @themindrise and 2020 has had its own bag of surprises
.
In between we’ve helped 100’s of people, hosted many retreats, grew our team of creators and coaches, traveled the world to speak on stages I never could have imagined, created programs, webinars, and workshops (not to mention raised a human being all the while raising myself).
.
Trust me when I say—I’m not particularly special, I’m not.
.
I just decided what I wanted and kept working at it.
.
What I have learned along the way is that I don’t have to be perfect, I can figure it out along the way, and sometimes the small seeds that you plant—the ones that feel like “someday’s” can become your TODAY.
.
2020 will bring with it a second book, a second podcast, more Life + Leadership Coach Trainings, more opportunities to speak, to share, to have our team shine, it will bring changes, and AH-HA’s and WTAF’s
.
Here goes nothing...
.
PS After the cover for @bestholisticlife magazine came out my mother called to congratulate me, her second question was—when are you putting out a magazine, haha...here’s to 2021 😉
.
And with MUCH love & deep gratitude, I want to that some of the amazing people who have been part of my tribe to help get me and @themindrise to where we are today @kris10wellman @kierrgluck @nicolesalvatorellc @caylabrewton @rainbow_balance @bethelisecoaching @mackenna_atherall @jkempower @denisevernieri and always @thebalancemaven @senseiwhitfield @rowermary @mahoganyvaleriano We have many more mountains to climb, let’s celebrate this moment 🥂⛰❤️ by @baileyfrumen

Life lately ❤️ I was recently listening to a talk and the guy being interviewed said, “nothing bad happens to me.” Girlfriend dumps him, he’s closer to finding true love. Brain tumor discovered, he’s taking care of his health. He’s not delusional, he makes his own reality and he makes his own rules because he’s the only one who has to live his life.

When I was in high school, I had a skateboard (yup, said that) and I wrote a quote from Jimi Hendrix in black sharpie marker on the underside of the deck and it said, “I’m the one that’s got to die when it’s time for me to die, so let me live my life the way I want to.” That quote felt as true for me then as it does now ❤️ by @baileyfrumen

I’ve been thinking a lot about the difference between being able to do something and actually wanting to.

Because those aren’t always the same thing.

I can handle it.
I can make it work.
I can give a little more.
I can keep going.
I can figure it out.

And when you’re capable, there will almost always be more you could do.

More work.
More responsibility.
More people to help.
More problems to solve.
More ways to show up.

But at some point, I think we have to ask a different question:

Do I actually want my life to require me to keep doing all of this?

I’ve spent a lot of time living from the first question—Can I?

I’m much more interested in the second one now.

Do I want to?

That’s what we’ll explore tomorrow in Do Less. Make Space. Live Differently.

Not productivity hacks.
Not another system.
Not a five-year plan.

A working session to look honestly at what you’re carrying, what you’re continuing simply because you can, and what you might want to make room for instead.

If you’ve been thinking, I know something needs to change. I just haven’t slowed down enough to figure out what, this is for you. by @baileyfrumen

Our time, effort, and energy matter. What we put out into the world matters. Who we are matters. The influence that we have on ourselves, others, and the world’s around us matters. by @baileyfrumen

Stress, uncertainty, and anxiety can absolutely sideline us from being able to feel in control of our life, here are my favorite four questions to get back into the driver seat of your confidence. by @baileyfrumen

I spent a lot of this summer thinking about doing less.

Which is funny because, if I’m being honest, I also spent a lot of this summer doing... quite a lot.

There was Italy with Phoebe. Beach days with friends. Camp drop-offs. A concert road trip. Crabbing. Boat rides. Working behind the scenes on Wrecking Ball Revolution. Building programs. Writing emails. Creating social media. Navigating changes to plans and timelines.

There were things I expected. And plenty that I didn’t.

But somewhere along the way, I kept coming back to the same thought:
What if we stopped trying to fit it all in?

When Phoebe and I went to Italy, we didn’t do it like a tour.

We didn’t race from destination to destination or try to see everything.
Instead, we had an Italian summer.

We ate gelato. A lot of gelato.

We spent hours in the sea. We lingered. We wandered. We adjusted plans. We let some days unfold without knowing exactly where they were going.

And because we weren’t trying to squeeze everything in, we actually got to experience what we were doing.

We got to taste the gelato. Really taste it.

I’ve been thinking about how often we approach our actual lives the exact opposite way—We try to fit in the goals, the work, the relationships, the projects, the obligations, and everything else we think we should be doing.

And before we know it, we’re wearing so many hats and moving in so many directions that we’re never really anywhere.

We’re half in and half out of everything.

We often try to solve this by figuring out how to manage more.

A better system.
A better schedule.
More discipline.
A new planner.

And listen, I love a good system but sometimes the problem isn’t that we haven’t figured out how to manage it all.

Maybe there’s just too much.

Doing less doesn’t mean wanting less from your life.
It doesn’t mean becoming less ambitious or dreaming smaller.

What if doing less allowed us to do what matters better?
What if we stopped measuring our lives by how much we can hold and started paying attention to the quality of how we’re actually showing up?

As we move into a new season, I’m asking myself:
What needs to come off my plate before I put anything else on it?

How Summer 2026 started… 💛 by @baileyfrumen

“Never have I ever…” the amount of times I’ve said that over the last few weeks to @jayyball about @rizenrun

Most recently someone said, “Wow, you are a fast runner.” I replied, “I’m not fast nor am I a runner. My feet just hurt and I wanted to stop running as soon as possible.” 😂

There’s a gift we get from stepping outside of our boxes and stretching ourselves beyond what life looks like every day ❤️ by @baileyfrumen

Lately, one of the biggest realizations I’ve been having is this:

The quality of our lives changes when we become more honest with ourselves.

I don’t mean “honest” in a harsh or self-critical way, or that you’ve been lying to yourself.

I mean something much more human than that.

I mean slowly coming more online with who you actually are instead of who you thought you needed to be.

That’s a very different thing.

Over the last several weeks inside this group, I’ve watched people begin recognizing truths they’ve known for a long time but perhaps haven’t fully let themselves feel yet:

That they’re exhausted.
That they’ve outgrown certain ways of operating.
That they’ve spent years over-functioning.

That success doesn’t automatically equal fulfillment.
That they’ve become disconnected from themselves while trying to hold everything together.

think many of us spend years living according to versions of ourselves that once made sense:

The responsible one.
The productive one.
The caretaker.
The achiever.
The one who keeps the peace.
The one who can handle it all.

Sometimes those identities become so practiced that we stop asking ourselves whether they still fit. Not because we’re pretending or fake, but because we adapted.

We learned how to survive. How to succeed. How to function.

But eventually there comes a point where functioning is no longer enough. Where something inside of you starts whispering:
There has to be more truth than this.

And one of the hardest things about becoming more honest with yourself is realizing that honesty often asks something from you. by @baileyfrumen
