Our very first sign was to our friends at @brikvenue. Today, the girls from The Little Bride Dress are showing it off in the courtyard. So sassy!

“My fish oil keeps repeating on me.” “I get fish oil burps hours after I take it” “I’ve given up on omega-3s, they all taste awful.” 🤢

I hear these in clinic all the time, and the reason behind them is simple 💡

In basic terms ➡️ in the same way properly fresh fish doesn’t taste fishy, fresh fish oil won’t either.

Omega-3 fats are delicate. Once they’re exposed to air, light or heat, they start to go off, in the same way any oil can turn rancid.
As they break down, they create compounds which have a strong fishy taste and smell.
So a fishy fish oil is a sign it isn’t as fresh as it should be ❌

For some people digestion plays a part too.
Lower stomach acid levels, which can happen when you’re busy, stressed, or have just exercised hard, means the oil sits in your stomach for longer. And then it’s more likely to come back up.
Taking it during a meal that contains some fat will help it move through with your food to prevent that ✅

Comment OIL for the products I use clinically, with options for adults, pregnancy and children 👌🏻

Hello @Instagram,
I’m an activist for women’s rights and human rights for Iranian citizens. People supporting the regime often report my account for false reasons — either for words that have double meanings or for completely fake claims — even though I have not violated Instagram’s terms and conditions. They try to exploit your algorithm to block people like me in order to silence my voice.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could lift the restrictions on my account, as I am only campaigning for human rights, women’s rights, and freedom of speech.
These are images of the Iranian people protesting to defend their civil rights, human rights, and women's rights. We are working for the right to freedom. Be our voice.
