New beginnings... this year has been such a roller coaster, but I’m glad that I choose recovery but trust me it isn’t easy. I can finally live my life without fear. I always thought I couldn’t get better but I allowed myself to grow and I will keep on growing. Enjoy your body, don’t let others opinions bring you down. You deserve to eat. You have to fight through some bad days to encounter the best days of your life. Thank you for everyone who has pushed me. #mentalhealthawerenessmonth
