SubhanAllah. What I find absolutely beautiful is that I asked Sister Korra this question less than five minutes before Allah sent someone who was in need of this exact advice. Allah allowed Korra to plant a seed in her heart, offering her encouragement and helping her take a step back towards Allah and the deen she so dearly wanted to return to. SubhanAllah, sometimes we don't realize how perfectly Allah places us in situations where our words can be a means of guidance for someone else. May Allah guide our beloved sisters, strengthen them upon His deen, and make us all a means of khair for others. 🤲🏽🤍 #muslim #muslimah #hijab #dua #islam
Fitness isn’t supposed to be a one-stop shop.
It is something that should be part of your lifestyle. You will sometimes meet your goal. Even surpass it.
You will sometimes not fully get there before your goal changes into something else. But don’t quit. Don’t stop working on your health and fitness because it gets tough.
It is supposed to be. If you ever want to do something different, in life, in a relationship, or in your profession, you will meet resistance.
Doing anything different from what your brain is used to is HARD.
But that type of hardship is easier to deal with than the consequences of not trying. 20+ years, and I am still a newbie in a lot of things and an expert in plenty.
That’s kind of the whole point. 🦋 Embrace never-ending progress, and you will see that, all of a sudden, it becomes the most rewarding journey yet. And if you’re ready to make fitness a part of your life rather than another temporary goal, comment COACHIDA and I’ll tell you more about how we coach at IBFIT.
