At this point, I know nothing will be easier. I took a huge leap on the very first day of this year. Living independently, thriving in this pandemic, taking care of my buddy Akap, missing my family and a lot more to be anxious about. To be honest, these thoughts made me feel worried about the future. There are days where I'm just staying at home thinking when there will be another gig for me and nights that I feel frustrated coz i wanna do something with this passion. I feel bad about myself that I thought I'm working less to what I'm really good at. Luckily, I'm glad i can still find the beauty and a good reason to love it even it's a minor one. I think this phase is testing me how deep this obsession/passion I'm having into this artform. I don't want to settle for less and also having less makes me realize that I'm still lucky to acquire those. It's a matter of perspective they say. I totally agree with that. Even I'm having all of these worries for today and tomorrow. I'm blessed with all the positivity around me, I got an award, being recognized by the industry, a portrait documentary about me, got the energy to start my clothing brand, I'm almost done with my website, finally invested to another source of income, and the best thing is I'm working with sought after creatives in the industry.
This is the 5th year of me being obsessed with this craft. I know it's hard but still I'm excited what's next for me. It's a phase. I know everyone will experience this that's why Iโm trying to share how I'll be doing this. I know I'll be able to overcome this and exude as an artist, breathe art. I know this is just me setting up for the something best. I'll deal about my overthinking self and proceed on loving this art, big or small, major or minor. I'll create the best in each opportunity whatever it takes. I'll live another day happier for me to celebrate the love for it. Young creative, you know this for sure. It's just a process.
