One of the best things I’ve ever done is teach my brain safety in Christ. 🤍 This is the practical HOW of Romans 12:2, being transformed by the renewing of your mind. And no, it’s not manifestation. It’s the opposite. Manifestation says you’re the source. Renewal says God already said it, and I’m training my mind to agree with Him. The moment you’re saved, you’re a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17). But your brain still runs old fear pathways until you renew it. That gap is why so many believers are saved but still anxious. The practice: ✨ Catch the fearful thought ✨ Exchange it for God’s Word ✨ Meditate on that truth and feel the safety of it ✨ Repeat until it’s wired in David pictured God as his Shepherd. Moses endured “as seeing Him who is invisible.” Fear got wired in by repetition, and truth gets wired in the same way.
