He’s found a new home and Liverpool fans seem to love him. Ronald Araújo just keeps delivering for Liverpool, and at this point it feels like the relationship between him and the supporters is becoming much more than a simple loan spell. Every time he plays, he seems to give Liverpool exactly what they wanted from him — aggression, physicality, leadership, recovery pace and that willingness to defend every situation like it actually matters. The performances keep coming, and you can already understand why Liverpool fans are starting to talk less about enjoying him while he is there and more about finding a way to keep him permanently. What has probably helped Araújo more than anything is how quickly the supporters have taken to him. Anfield has always loved defenders who play with emotion, throw themselves into challenges and make every duel feel personal, and Araújo fits that profile perfectly. You can see the reaction whenever he wins a huge tackle or dominates someone physically, and players absolutely notice that kind of support. After a difficult final period at Barcelona, feeling genuinely appreciated again could be exactly what he needed. That is why it would not be surprising if Araújo himself is starting to think seriously about staying. Footballers want to play somewhere they feel trusted and wanted, and right now Liverpool are giving him both. He is playing regularly, performing well, receiving huge support from the fans and looking completely comfortable in the team. When a loan move starts ticking every box like that, the idea of returning to your parent club naturally becomes much more complicated. Liverpool fans probably knew the risk when they started falling in love with a loan player. The better he performs, the more painful the thought of sending him back becomes. At first it was simply excitement about having an experienced, top-level centre-back for the season. Now every strong performance adds another reason for supporters to ask whether Liverpool can somehow turn this into something permanent.

Former President Barack Obama criticized President Trump’s ongoing White House renovations, saying that it looks “like Saddam Hussein opened a Cheesecake Factory” as he returned to the campaign trail in Cleveland, Ohio on Saturday to back the state’s Democratic candidates ahead of November’s midterm election. “He should be on HGTV,” Obama said. “Guy’s building a ballroom that’s bigger than the White House.” The ballroom construction project was announced officially in July 2025, and is expected to be finished before the end of Trump’s second term.

#JillertAnema #Schaatsen #OlympischeWinterspelen #Thialf
