Ladies in general and especially those with Hypothyroidism/Hashimotos, listen up!

Most women I work with struggle eating the recommended amount of protein for their goals and come to me with no idea how much they should be eating. If you have hypothyroidism and/or Hashimotos 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆…

👉🏽Protein is key for 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗹𝗲. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝘁! 🙌🏼

👉🏽Protein 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗵𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿, 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆.

👉🏽Protein has a thermogenic effect, which means 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘁.🔥

👉🏽Protein helps 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗿 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. 👍🏽

I recommend starting your day with at least 25-30g of protein and aim for that 3-4 times a day!!

Don’t forget to comment “𝙋𝙍𝙊𝙏𝙀𝙄𝙉” and I’ll send you my 𝙁𝙍𝙀𝙀 guide to help you get more protein in.

So incredibly excited and grateful to officially announce that I’ve signed with @msaagency 🤍

A huge thank you to @tonyselznick and the entire MSA team for making me feel so welcomed and for giving me this incredible opportunity.

So excited to continue growing, chasing new opportunities, and seeing where this next chapter takes me! ✨

He survived cancer. He survived a serious car crash. But Hassan Kariem's life came to a tragic end after a fatal fall from a Six Flags roller coaster, leaving his family struggling to understand how someone who had overcome so much could be gone so suddenly.

Through tears, his sister Andrea Clark calls his death "unfair," remembering her brother as "my hero."

A witness describes a horrifying scene aboard the Goliath hypercoaster, claiming Kariem appeared in a souvenir photo taken during the ride.

The Goliath reaches speeds of up to 70 mph and features a 170-foot initial drop, a second 175-foot drop and a 540-degree spiral, according to the park's website.

The way Kanika Mann fearlessly confronted Nakul Dhull was something else! She questioned him, saying, “Kis baat ching raha hai tu, sabko kya bolta hai phir rahe the, isme dum nahi hai.”

Her bold questions put Nakul on the spot, and fans are calling this a powerful moment. Kanika didn’t hold back!

Did Kanika give Nakul a reality check? What do you think?

Rocky goes BAD BAD BAD!

FAQ:
"Why does he talk like that?"
> He's inspired by Rocky from Project Hail Mary. He could speak normally (probably better than me), I just chose to make him talk like that :)

"Why do you talk like that?"
> Oui oui baguette omelette du fromage.

"It's scripted!"
> Yes. And no. It's not scripted, it's "directed". His answers are generated on the fly. The "new directive" sequence is obviously scripted, but his reaction when he snaps out of it is generated live, and it's different every time.

"What AI are you using?"
> Whisper (ears), Gemma (brain and eyes), XTTS (voice), all running locally on my PC's GPU.

"Where can I buy one?"
> You can't, it's a personal project and still a work in progress :)
