Arda Güler commented “Alhamdulillah 🙏” under the post of Ibrahima Konaté and Antonio Rüdiger performing sujood. It’s beautiful to see the Muslim players at Real Madrid showing their gratitude to Allah, whether through sujood on the pitch or simply saying Alhamdulillah. A reminder that, no matter what we achieve, we should never forget the One who made it all possible. “If you are grateful, I will certainly give you more” [Qur’an 14:7] “Alhamdulillah” means “All praise is due to Allah.” A beautiful expression of gratitude that reminds us that every blessing ultimately comes from Him. May Allah keep us among those who remain grateful to Him in moments of success, happiness and hardship. Ameen ❤️ @ardaguler @ibrahimakonate
The hard reality of being bipolar, especially with rapid cycling, is how fast the weather inside your own head can change. One day there’s sunlight. The next, it feels like somebody opened the ocean and told you to swim. Right now, the darkness caught up with me again. There’s been too much pressure, too many problems, too much noise from the outside, and I’m trying to find my way back through it without turning every bad day into evidence that I’m failing at life. I don’t want to sit here and pity myself. But I’d be lying if I said it doesn’t sometimes feel like whatever I do is somehow wrong, too much, not enough, too late, too sensitive, too distant. So if my replies are slower right now, that’s why. Today’s great heroic achievement was getting out of bed and finally taking a shower. Sometimes surviving the wave looks less like fighting and more like refusing to let it carry you completely away. #bipolarreality #rapidcycling #quietbattles #onedayatatime #bipolardisorder
