Some days I look in the mirror and still see that obese 300lb woman, even at my lowest weight when others said I looked anorexic or sick, I still saw that fat girl that everyone was either intimidated by or bullied me.. as I got older I was always told your beautiful..for a fat/big girl…😩🥲 ..

I seem to always give in to society’s vision of what’s beautiful or what’s “in style”.. but now that I’m in my 30’s, I’ve realized that loving yourself is so important. And believe me this post is me being vulnerable and honest, I do NOT love myself on the outside. I’ve struggled with this my whole life and I still fight to see the beautiful person that I am inside, on the outside too.

But I just want to say, to whoever is reading this far, you are beautiful. LOVE yourself first, and fight for YOURSELF!! You only have one life to live, and one body to live in.. so treat it kindly and give it love❤️
