This is probably the hardest post I’ve ever had to write… An athlete’s life is full of matches. Some are won, some are lost, and some are played far away from the court. This season, I had to face one of the hardest battles of my career — one that no scoreboard can ever show.

After a lot of thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to take the time I need to fully recover from my injuries and come back stronger, which means that, for now, my season is coming to an end.

There are no easy decisions when your heart wants one thing and your body is telling you something completely different. It’s not easy to accept that sometimes you simply can’t keep going, even when you want to more than anything. But I’ve learned that listening to your body is also a part of being an athlete — and sometimes the bravest thing you can do is stop, heal and trust that better days are ahead.Leaving this team and this club breaks my heart more than I can put into words. FC PORTO has become so much more than just a club to me. It has been my home, a place where I’ve grown, fought, laughed, cried, learned and created memories that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

And behind every memory are people. The teammates who stood by me, the coaches who believed in me, the staff who supported me, and every person who made me feel that I belonged here. You have all left a piece of yourselves in my heart, and I hope I have left a little piece of mine with you too.

Sometimes, you don’t realize how much a place means to you until you have to say goodbye. And maybe that’s why this hurts so much.

My heart will always be blue and white. 💙🤍 No matter where life takes me, a part of me will always belong to FC PORTO. I will carry this club, this team and all these memories with me wherever I go.

I’m leaving for now, but I’m not saying goodbye.

Because some chapters may end, but the people and memories that truly matter never really leave us. They stay with us, quietly, in our hearts.

To my beloved girls — I wish you nothing but success, happiness and, above all, good health. Take care of each other, fight for every point and never stop believing in yourselves. I’ll be watching, cheer

If you watched my last post and thought okay but what do you actually DO in those two hours, this is for you.

(This only works when you have previously used the revision method)

Here is the exact clock:

1️⃣ First 5 minutes, write down the one thing you are
doing.

Nothing else. No tidying, no playlist. Just the single sentence of what you’re gonna work on.

2️⃣ Minutes 5 to 30, hardest topic, notes closed.

Your best energy is right at the start, so it goes to the thing you understand least.

3️⃣ 5 minute break away from the desk.

Stand up, walk, water. Staying in the chair means you never actually rest. Active recall what you just studied.

4️⃣ Minutes 35 to 60, second block, same rules.

Same subject if you are in flow, switch if you are stuck.

5️⃣ 5 Last 10 minutes, close everything and write what you remember.

To remember what you studied longer.

→ Save this and try it on your next session.

Little did they know…
