The more we understand human behavior, the harder it becomes for people to manipulate us. And I think that’s a really good thing. There’s something incredibly freeing about finally having the language to describe experiences that never quite made sense at the time. My hope is that the more openly we talk about these things, the fewer people will feel alone or question their own reality. A few behaviors worth learning about: 1. Flying monkeys 2. Smear campaigns 3. DARVO (Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender) Awareness is powerful. And sometimes just knowing there’s a name for what you’ve experienced can change everything. 🤍

What a journey. 55 years of love, 55 years guiding me, Chad & Courtney in endless ways. THIS is why I know I’m the luckiest girl in the world. Thank you, Jesus, for choosing Gary & Mona Steele to be my parents, and thank you mom & dad for choosing each other every single day. I LOVE YOU!! ❤️ ❤️
A man with multiple prior home invasion convictions was arrested after Dearborn police used a drone equipped with night vision to track him through a neighborhood near McMillan and Oak streets on October 7. Police found the suspect hiding in bushes after he allegedly entered one home and attempted to break into another. The suspect, who was on parole at the time, was charged with first-degree home invasion, possession of burglary tools and being a fourth habitual offender. His bond was set at $250,000.
