Some places do more than take you away from your routine; they bring you closer to yourself. đŸ€ Chamonix gave me more than breathtaking views, and @vieretreats gave me more than an experience. It gave me beautiful connections, meaningful moments, a sense of peace, and memories I’ll carry with me long after leaving. Grateful for the place, the people, the energy, and everything this experience has awakened in me
1. Pick one task a day and deliberately do the lowest-effort version of it, you'd be surprised how often that's enough. 2. Say no by default to anything optional for the next months. 3. Go through tomorrow’s meetings or projects at the end of each day and decline the ones you’re not actually needed in. Ask for notes/recordings instead. 4. Every morning decide what you’ll drop if the day goes badly, and then actually drop it. 5. At the end of the day, write down the one thing that went okay, when you’re burnt out you sometimes can’t remember them. 6. Every day, finish one thing completely, even a tiny one, so you’re not leaving a trail of half-done stuff. Bonus: Tell a friend or trusted colleague how you’re actually doing once a week. I made an app called Keel for exactly this. You rate your workday and tick off the habits you got through that day. It helps you do the things you know you should and after a few weeks you can see which habits have the biggest impact on your work life. Comment KEEL and I’ll send you the link to try the app đŸ©· it’s also in my bio.

You know how there are some things you just keep going back to? For me, @suta_bombay is one of those. It’s been there for so many occasions and little moments over the years, and honestly, I’ve always had a soft spot for it. And I know what you’re thinking
“Oh, here comes another promo!” But when you genuinely love something, you can’t help talking about it, right? You just want to share it with everyone
