- Confession -

Not the kind to complain on here, but it's been a heavy week. For those who remember, I broke two bones in my foot some months ago (calcaneus and talus). Although I'm very happy I am back to "normal", yesterday I got the news that it's better to not run or do any kind of more intense work outs for the foreseeable future.

Being told you're not able to do something, can feel so devastating. As someone who used to love exercising intensely, I can't say that I don't miss it. Heavy work outs, heavy sweats. May not sound appealing to everyone, but not having been able to do this for so long now, makes me miss it that much more.

Have you ever broken a bone before? How has that journey been like? Were you able to make a full recovery?

For anyone who made it this far - thank you and I hope you're having a lovely Thursday 🍂
