What a race! 🔥 First the mud, then the heat - it was definitely a tough one. But the raw beauty of nature here, the breathtaking views and running above the clouds with the snowy peaks of the Andes right beside me made every step worth it. A little suffering, but memories I’ll carry with me for a long time. ✨

Save this for your next baking day 🙌

Hidden veggie chocolate muffins my kids absolutely devour.

Full recipe credit goes to @the.balanced.nutritionist (shared with permission) - to say these have become a favourite in our house is a massive understatement.

Sharing the baking process here because a recipe both my kids happily eat deserves a spot in the rotation. And yes, there are veggies in there - spinach, carrots, and zucchini 🙌

Comment MUFFINS and I’ll send you the link to her exact recipe so you can make them, too.
