@kalejunkie melt in your mouth hibachi-style steak bowls with high protein yum yum sauce šŸ¤— this was gavynā€™s request last week and he wanted to film it so you make it tooā€”the key to TENDER beef is written for you in the instructions below! I hate tough meat and these bites will melt in your mouth. Donā€™t skip the sauce, youā€™ve been warned šŸ˜!ā£ ā£ Makes 4 servingsā£ 2 lbs top sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2ā€ chunksā£ 2 tb rice vinegar ā£ 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce ā£ 2 tsp ground gingerā£ 2 tsp garlic powderā£ 1 tsp onion powderā£ 1/2 tsp kosher saltā£ 1/2 tsp ground white or black pepperā£ 4 tb butter (divided)ā£ 2 1/2 tb toasted sesame oil (divided)ā£ 3 carrots, peeled and cut into coinsā£ 2 medium zucchini, cut into sticksā£ 6 oz sliced mushrooms of choice ā£ 3 tb bbq sauce of choice (bachanā€™s is our fav!)ā£ ā£ Yum Yum sauce:ā£ 1 cup fat free greek yogurt ā£ 3 tb srirachaā£ 2 tb rice wine vinegar ā£ 1 tsp toasted sesame oilā£ 1 tsp dijon mustardā£ 2-3 cloves garlic ā£ 1/2 tsp kosher saltā£ 1/2 tsp ground white or black pepperā£ ā£ To serve:ā£ 2 cups cooked rice and sesame seedsā£ ā£ First, make the yum yum sauce. Add all the ingredients to a small blender and blend until smooth. Taste, adjust as needed, and set aside. Next, pat steak dry, cut into chunks and add to a bowl. Add the vinegar, 1/2 tb sesame oil, soy sauce, ground ginger, onion powder, S&P. Toss to coat well. Marinate at least 30 min or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor (or skip it all together). Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Add 2 tb of the butter and 1 tb sesame oil. Once melted, add the veggies and sautĆ© 10-12 minutes until the veggies have softened. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate. Add remaining butter and sesame oil to the pan. Add the beef in a single layer, working in batches. Do NOT overcrowd the pan or meat will come out tough. Toss the beef but do NOT cook longer than 3-4 minutes max! Remove pan from heat. Toss w bbq sauce and plate meal immediately so the beef doesnā€™t cook longer in the panā€”cooked rice, veggies, beef and top with yum yum sauce and sesame seeds. Enjoy!ā£ #hibachi #hibachirecipe

Did you know? šŸŒāœØ Michael Jacksonā€™s Planet Earth is a spoken-word poem that reflects his deep fascination with nature and the beauty of our world. It was featured in the liner notes of his 1995 album HIStory: Past, Present and Future, Book I, and later appeared as a spoken-word track on This Is It (2009). Through vivid imagery of oceans, forests, and the natural world, Michael gives the Earth a voice, reminding us that humanity is part of something far greater than ourselves. More than a poem, Planet Earth is a moment of reflection from an artist who often used his platform to speak about our responsibility towards the planet. šŸŒŽšŸ’š #MichaelJackson #PlanetEarth #MJFacts #KingOfPop #MichaelJacksonLegacy

From larger cuts of meat and brighter cereals to different styles of bread, cheese, candy, and produce, everyday foods can look completely different depending on where they're sold. These comparisons highlight the unique food cultures, manufacturing methods, and consumer preferences that shape what ends up on grocery store shelves across the US and Europe.
