Autumn will always have my heart. 🤎 There’s something about the way the world transforms into shades of gold, orange, and red, the cooler mornings, the cosy afternoons, and the beauty in every little detail. It makes everything feel a little slower, softer, and more magical. Summer is lovely, but autumn? Autumn is something else entirely. 🍂✨ And as we embrace the magic of the season, wishing everyone a very Happy Samhain. 🖤 May your evening be filled with a little enchantment, warmth, and all the magic that this beautiful time of year holds. 🕯️🍁 • #oldsoul #fallseason #darkacademiavibes #november #beautifuldestinations

You know who to thank for this
Wondered how I wanted to spend my birthday this year when parties never really feel like my thing. So I thought about what I really enjoy & something I love, as you know, is to dress up & take pictures. I sometimes have a bad memory but if I have a picture of something I’m way more likely to remember details about that time. & this year I wanted to remember who made a significant impact on my year. So I thought for my birthday I’d love to do a photoshoot to capture a moment with all the women who have truly helped me get through these past 365 days. Every single woman here showed up for me in both big & “small” ways that have made me stop & think about how deeply grateful I am to have them in my life. I’ve shared a little about how difficult finding trustworthy friendships with women have been for me in the past & as I was thinking of this shoot I couldn’t believe how many amazing girl friends I have now- Women I can really trust, really be myself around, women who I see are constantly showing up for each other, planning with each other, supporting each other. I’ve always heard others talk about how special it is, but I feel like this is the first time in my life I’ve actually felt how great sisterhood can be. This is truly an incredible bunch & I feel so lucky to know each one of them. I can only hope & strive to add as much to your lives as you have mine. & that’s why the best celebration this year i can think of, is to have this cute little time capsule of us in the form of photos :) Swipe to the end to see the full group/my masterpiece, even if all our schedules & locations didn’t align :) & check the comments for what stood out to me the most this past year with each of these amazing women. Thank you to @saffelsphotography for being the only man who was brave enough to handle the shoot 🤭 you put up with a lot from us 🍕
