Anathema (The Eating Woods #1) — Keri Lake

{ spoiler free }

this book was an experience, & I’m so glad I can go straight into Eldritch now because that ending was a total shock to my senses lol. I’m not usually a super gothic reader, but this book was literally everything I thought it would be & so much more. I hated having to put it down!

I absolutely LOVE Zevander & Maevyth! they’re absolutely perfect together & I cannot wait for more of their tension & chemistry! this is a super slow burn, but I swear it’s worth it because the yearning… the tension… that chemistry they have is EVERYTHING. my heart breaks for both of them & what they’ve had to endure in the past, & I fear we’ve only just scratched the surface of Zevander’s trauma especially.

this was a super unique & intriguing plot, too! I literally cannot wait to see where this goes, what other shocking revelations are in store for us! diving straight into Eldritch now!😍

Stella takes the stage today at the @miss_drill_utah competition! She has taken this past year to give her all to her team and especially invest in her training. It has been transformative for her and we are so grateful for the opportunities Miss Drill, her team and studio have given her. Seeing her grow, push and fight for her future is humbling. Let’s go sis! We are just grateful to have a front row seat! ✨
