THE SCIENCE OF BECOMING HER: SELF-CARE & NEUROPLASTICITY 🧠 comment AFFIRMATIONS for my rewiring playlist 🔗

Beauty is not just something you see. It is something you experience, practise and reinforce. Even if you just have 30 seconds, those 30 seconds matter.

One of the most fascinating things about the brain is its ability to change through repeated experiences, a process known as neuroplasticity.

Every time you intentionally take care of yourself, whether that's doing your skincare, nourishing your body, moving with intention or simply keeping a promise to yourself, you're reinforcing behaviours that can gradually become part of your identity.

Our brains learn through repetition. The more consistently we practise a behaviour, the more natural and automatic it can become.

Applying your lip balm, brushing your hair, moisturising your hands or taking a moment to yourself may seem insignificant, but these small rituals are opportunities to practise showing up for yourself.

It's not about having an elaborate routine or expensive products. It's about consistently treating yourself as someone worthy of care, time and attention.

Over time, these repeated actions can strengthen your habits, self-trust and the way you relate to yourself.

The real glow-up isn't just about changing your appearance. It's about creating daily evidence that you are someone worth investing in.

This whole Selma Blair biting people story reminded me of this iconic biting moment in biting history. HE BITE ME IN MY BAGINA!

Enzo Maresca on City’s defeat vs PSG:

🗣️ “Even with 0-3 first-half, I think with the amount of chances we created in the second-half, we deserved something more.”

🗣️ “And Luis [Enrique] was quite honest [with me] at the end of the game. He said, ‘We [PSG] have been quite lucky today!’”

🗣️ “It’s been a bit strange because we conceded two in two minutes, and I think we lost a little bit the balance. And then second-half, it was completely a different game.”
[TNT Sports]

Did City deserve to win this game?

Imagine every single woman was expected to deplatform / silence / shrink herself from all and any public platform or professional opportunity cos it had previously had a bad man on it … he’s ruined enough women’s lives.. I’ll be taking the opportunity.

Pan India superstar Rashmika Mandanna aka national crush recently took to social media and announced that she has adopted 400 families, for whom, she has offered to cover their grocery expenses for three months at a time over the next year.

Rashmika posted, ‘There is something in the characters you play that influence you. A lot of you keep asking are there any similarities between Jayamma and me and my answer is yes – and this is one of them. This has always been me and this is also her.

I would always keep doing things like this for all the love that you give me. But always kept it under the wraps because I thought if I knew and just my team knew and just a bunch of us knew, it was enough.

But now I am opening up about this because I am thinking, if this could influence you lovelies out there to do anything like this, I would be happy. So hence I thought why not start now, with this! I've adopted 400 families today.

And I want to just help 400 families at a time for 3 months each and continue this for the next one year and hope that they can save that money of groceries and use it to save and plan their futures better.

Even a small act of kindness can change a person's life, and it doesn't have to be big. Let's all start with something small! And trust me all these smiles are worth every sleepless nights, the injuries, the struggles, the pain the tears the everything that I've gone had to go through over the last working years. This is priceless!!❤️🙏🏻
