Sri Lankan Architect Geoffrey Bawa was was not afraid to bring the outdoors indoors. He truly embraced the idea that spaces are incomplete without greenery, cherished objects, art and locally sourced materials. He was the father of tropical modernism. How calmingly wonderful are these spaces? #inspiredby #karaloves #inspiration #influences #decor #architecture #home #artist #architect #tropicalmodernism #geoffreybawa

Hanna Estate Services is hosting a RARE sale— a 10,000 piece collection from a private vintage dealer, who specialized exclusively in prominent Manhattan estates. @hannaestateservices @hannaantiques You’ll find almost entirely vintage pieces in this sale, with most pieces dating from 1960s-1990s— an era where garments were made well, fabrics were lush and designs were just timeless. This is the first time ever these pieces have become available! Whether you’re into YSL Rive Gauche, old Valentino and Chanel, vintage Ralph Lauren, impeccable minks, statement handbags, looking for classics to stock your own closet or stocking your own shop, we cannot emphasize how spectacularly rare a sale like this is. 8000 square feet 150+ racks Over 10,000 items Most priced $4-$30 Watch the full reel for special info, dates and times, including our PRO TIPS. one last fall ball 🤎🤎
Starting over is scary. So is staying somewhere you don’t belong just because you’ve already invested years of your life in it. People will always have opinions about your choices, especially when those choices stop making sense to them. But they’re not the ones who have to wake up inside your life every morning. You’re allowed to change your mind about what happiness looks like. Something can be exactly what you once wished for and still not be what you want anymore. That’s not failure. That’s being honest with yourself. If you’re new here, hi! I’m Julian 👽 I’m a Reiki Master and the creator behind @awakentheinner . I create mystical tools and share my slightly unconventional view of spirituality and this weird experience of being human. This is a space for people who aren’t interested in living on autopilot, and who suspect there might be more to life than the script we were handed. Follow @awakentheinner and join the movement. 🛸✨
