**Sabudana Popcorns for Navratri… crispy little bites with a paneer surprise! 😍🔥** Bored of making the same old sabudana khichdi every Navratri? Try these crispy **Sabudana Popcorns** made with soaked sabudana, boiled potatoes and paneer! 🥔🧀 These golden, bite-sized fasting snacks are crunchy on the outside, soft inside and packed with chatpata flavour. Perfect for Navratri vrat snacks, evening cravings or whenever you want something different from your usual sabudana recipes! *Save this easy Navratri snack recipe** and try it this festive season. Send it to someone who loves crispy snacks! Ingredients - 1 cup soaked sabudana (sago pearls) - 1 large potato, boiled and mashed - 1 cup chopped paneer - Sendha namak (rock salt), to taste - 1 tsp red chilli powder - 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) - 1 tsp coriander powder - 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves - Oil for deep-frying Method 1. Drain the soaked sabudana thoroughly. 2. In a bowl, combine sabudana, mashed boiled potato, chopped paneer, sendha namak, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder and fresh coriander. 3. Mix everything well and shape into small, bite-sized balls. 4. Heat oil and test-fry one ball first. Once it holds its shape, fry the remaining balls in batches until golden and crispy. 5. Drain on a plate lined with kitchen paper and serve hot! Tips for crispy Sabudana Popcorns - Drain excess water from the sabudana before mixing. - If the mixture feels too wet, add a little more mashed potato or a small amount of suitable fasting flour, if permitted. - Fry over medium heat so the balls cook through without browning too quickly. - Vrat rules vary by household, so check that all ingredients and seasonings fit your fasting practice. **What would you pair these with — mint chutney or vrat wali green chutney? 👇** SabudanaPopcorns, SabudanaRecipes, NavratriSpecial, NavratriRecipes, VratRecipes, VratKaKhana, FastingRecipes, NavratriSnacks, SabudanaSnacks, PaneerRecipes, IndianSnacks, CrispySnacks, EasySnackRecipes, IndianFood, VegetarianRecipes, FoodReels, RecipeReels, HomeCooking, FestiveRecipes, EasyRecipes
