Working out during festival times can get tricky. Almost always, we end up having late nights :) Lack of proper sleep can be a big deterrent to working out. I’ve managed to workout albeit for a shorter time. Have you been working out? #workoutmotivation #navratri #mylifeasramya

Ina's secret to a strong marriage: Don't make it "work." Instead, make it BETTER. Comment “Ina” and I’ll DM you the link to the full episode. On this episode of @themelrobbinspodcast, @inagarten opens up about the turning point in her marriage to Jeffrey, how his support gave her space to figure out who she was on her own, and the communication that helped them build a relationship that worked for both of them. 🎧 "Reinvent Yourself At Any Age: Ina Garten Shares the Secret to Transforming Your Life" Listen on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or YouTube - search "The Mel Robbins Podcast Ina"
I’ve spent a lot of my career sharing stories about running. Training highs and lows and maybe most notably: marathon race recaps. Though I didn’t run a marathon this year, this summer I experienced something much more challenging. It was a summer filled with uncertainty surrounding my pregnancy and the birth of our son. There were moments of joy, fear, and a lot of moments I’m still trying to make sense of. I’ve struggled with how much of this experience to share. Some memories are difficult to revisit, and others feel impossible to put into words. But if I’ve taken anything away from our experience this summer, the professionals we worked with and the countless other families who have tackled similar situations, it’s that, like the marathon, many of us are navigating the same uncertain waters. So, in true marathon recap fashion, I want to share a multi-part chronicle of my pregnancy, Warren’s birth, and the journey that has followed. It’s raw, emotional, graphic and at times may be difficult to read. And while we have embraced the difficulties of our experience entering parenthood, I also recognize that parts of our story may be triggering for others. So, if you’d like to follow along, I’d love to share this chapter of our lives with you.
A new survey found the majority of Americans opposed publicly broadcast executions ahead of the Pentagon’s planned livestreamed execution of convicted Fort Hood shooter Nidal Hasan. Full story in bio.
