When I recruited for my jobs, I looked at the overall person and GPA was not at the top of my list.
⚖️ Extra Curricular’s (clubs, societies)
⚖️ Volunteer work
⚖️ Experience (internships/jobs)
⚖️ Interview Skills
⚖️ Passion
Trust me when I say that your GPA is worth a fraction than all of the above. So if your GPA is low, work on gaining other valuable assets (like the ones listed) to balance you out as a candidate.
You’re worth more than how well you do on a test, which varies based on the college and even professor that you had.
