EVERYTHING BUT THE KITCHEN SINK SALAD! One of the star recipes from my upcoming cookbook, The Doctor Will Feed You Now. Sweet, smoky, crunchy, a little bit spicy… honestly, the best salad in the world. Although I may be slightly biased 😂 Serves around 6 ⬇️ 🍠 Chop 2 large sweet potatoes into roughly 2cm chunks. Toss with olive oil, paprika and chipotle powder, then air-fry for 18 minutes, until golden and soft. 🧀 Chop 2 blocks of halloumi into chunks. Mix with 2 tins of drained, rinsed chickpeas, a handful each of walnuts and cashews, olive oil, paprika and chipotle powder. Air-fry for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through. Cook in batches if needed. 🥒 In a large bowl, combine 1 chopped cucumber, 2 chopped onions and 3 chopped peppers. Add a little olive oil, the juice of 2 limes and some chilli if you fancy it. Add the sweet potatoes and halloumi mixture, toss everything together and tuck in! 🙌 If you like recipes like this, please pre-order The Doctor Will Feed You Now, by me and Mama Khan ❤️ You can preorder it anywhere you get your books x #doctoramirkhan #doctoramir #thedoctorwillfeedyounow

🥹 for the little girl who believed there was so much more waiting for her. Sometimes we need a little reminder of the dreams we once had, the things we’ve overcome, and the life our younger selves would be so proud to see us living today😇
its a lifestyle. @boohoomanactive
