That stubborn Belly you keep trying to flatten? Body FAT may not be the entire picture ✅

Ladies, if your belly is pushing farther forward despite all the “ab work” you’re doing, we need to look at your RIB CAGE and how you’re managing INTRA-ABDOMINAL PRESSURE!

Your diaphragm, abdominal muscles, and pelvic floor are a TEAM.

And guess what?

Your rib cage POSITIONING and MOBILITY directly influence the SYMPHONY of that TEAM!

The women that improve this TEAM, IMPROVE their RESULTS. 💪🏼

And this is where training your SERRATUS 🔥 comes in ⬇️

See how I’m pushing the floor away and REACHING toward the ceiling? That reach engages the muscle wrapping along the sides of my ribs (under my armpits), helping my shoulder blades move around my rib cage. Together with my abs, that helps me control my rib cage position over my pelvis.

Now we add the breathing: inhale into the sides and back of the ribs, then exhale as my abs engage from the bottom up and my ribs move closer together—without bearing down.

Comment APP for the full tutorial + my Rib Flare Correcting Workouts! Let’s get your ribs moving, your core connecting, and help you feel stronger and more confident in your body. 🔥
